Kris-Ann D’Souza is an Early Childhood Educator and Pedagogical Manager who brings a thoughtful, caring, and hands-on approach to her work with children, families, and educators. She has experience leading teams, developing emotion-based and child-centered programs, and building strong relationships with families through clear and consistent communication.
Kris-Ann supports students by observing their individual strengths and needs, then using creative and strategic thinking to design learning experiences that help them grow with confidence. She works closely with parents, educators, and specialists, believing that collaboration is key to meaningful progress.
In her daily practice, she demonstrates KEY’s core values through curiosity-driven learning, creativity in curriculum planning, and a strong focus on character and social-emotional development. Above all, Kris-Ann is passionate about creating inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environments where children feel seen, supported, and excited to learn.
