Anita MacGregor

Anita MacGregor is the Program Lead for KEY’s LaunchPad Academy, bringing over a decade of experience in early childhood education. She leads the design and implementation of our inquiry-based curriculum, guides teacher development, and works closely with families to ensure each child is supported holistically. Anita first joined KEY in 2015, helping to shape our Little Scholar Enrichment Program, and now she returns to lead this next exciting chapter of KEY’s early years journey.

Anita’s approach to education blends creativity, curiosity, and character development. She is a strong advocate of nature-connected, play-based learning and supports children in developing both academic foundations and emotional resilience. Before returning to KEY, Anita was the founder and curriculum director of Ecocation, a pioneering outdoor learning initiative that reflected her personal passion for experiential, environmental education.

Anita believes that education thrives when families, educators, and children grow together. She is committed to building a nurturing, reflective, and forward-thinking learning environment at KEY, where each child feels seen, valued, and excited to explore the world around them.
